This fun group started out as friends wanting to stay accountable to their yoga habit. On Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8 am they meet at Village Green to work together to improve strength, balance, and flexibility. Typically, on Tuesdays, they watch Yoga with Adrienne on YouTube as a group. Typically, on Thursdays, Instructor Suzanne Hermanson teaches in-person yoga. The cost is a $20 quarterly membership fee; join any time. Suzanne’s instructions are $5 drop-in fee or 4 sessions for $20 or 6 sessions for $30. Occasionally, Suzanne will teach on Tuesday instead.
