Stretch-Flex-Balance
$2 drop-in or 11 punch-pass for $20 – Mondays at 1:15pm; Wednesdays at 10 am; Fridays at 12 pm – Stretch-Flex-Balance is a gentle form of yoga, barre, and Pilates that can be done while sitting. Some poses can also be done standing, using a chair for support. Stretch-Flex-Balance can improve your flexibility, concentration and strength, while boosting your mood, and reducing stress and joint strain.

Full-Body Toning
$2 drop-in or 11 punch pass for $20 – Monday at 12:15 pm, Wednesday, & Friday at 11 am – Fully Body Toning is a recreational group exercise program that includes a variety of exercises that can be performed sitting or standing. The exercise class offers multiple components to help reduce pain and stiffness and to maintain or improve mobility, muscle strength and functional ability. Endurance-building routines and relaxation exercises are also included.

FREE – Fridays from 12:30 – 3 pm drop-in anytime to socialize and work on any craft including sewing, quilting, cross stitch, and knitting. Jigsaw puzzles are always available to work on in the Summit Lounge.
